Hey there, I’m Céline, a passionate soul always in search of deeper meaning.
I traded the corporate grind for the serene chaos of Kung Fu training at a Shaolin temple in China, embarking on a journey that’s as much about physical endurance as it is about mental transformation.
I’m someone who thrives on pushing boundaries, whether it’s through my business ventures, personal growth, or exploring new corners of the world. My heart is drawn to storytelling, philosophy, and breaking free from conventional molds. This blog is where I gather my thoughts, ideas, and adventures, from the lessons learned while trekking through remote landscapes to the introspective moments I experience during my travels.
Here, I share reflections on life, the challenges of modern existence, and the little sparks of creativity that ignite my imagination. It’s not just about the destinations : it’s about the journey. Join me as I explore new territories, both inside and out, and dive into a world where authenticity is key, and no topic is off-limits.
Welcome to my corner of the world, where we challenge, reflect, and grow together.
💼 My Background, And Why It Matters
I didn’t become a coach. I became someone who transforms, because I’ve lived through it. Repeatedly.
After graduating with a Master’s in Business from IÉSEG and a second from the Athens University of Economics and Business, I pursued a third in Fashion Management at Istituto Marangoni. That experience taught me something essential: the ability to recognize when something isn’t aligned, even if it looks impressive on paper. Fashion wasn’t my path. So I pivoted, early and decisively.
🪖 Leadership Starts on the Field
I then joined the French army, training at Saint-Cyr and Draguignan. At just 23, I led a platoon of 30 soldiers. That’s where I first understood the psychology of leadership, how motivation isn’t universal, and how great leaders adapt to people, not the other way around.
🛍 Real-World Business: Retail at Decathlon
From there, I entered the world of retail. At Decathlon’s Paris flagship store, I rebuilt an entire department from the ground up. I had never touched a football, but I ran the football gear section. I had to learn the sport, the product, the client, the rhythm of B2C sales, and team management : fast, on the floor, with real stakes. It was the school of humility and execution.
🧠 Strategic Intelligence: Consulting Across Sectors
Then came consulting. I started in banking, finance, and insurance (without a technical background). I dove in, absorbed, delivered. Later, I moved into brand strategy, helping redefine how Danone positioned its yogurt packaging globally. Eventually, I found my place in digital transformation : a space where business, technology, and human dynamics collide. I worked with top-tier clients, led multi-disciplinary teams (up to 70 people), and coached young business managers as they grew. I also built and launched the Spanish subsidiary of a French consulting firm, from zero to a thriving, operational team.
🔄 Reinvention Is a Skill : Not a Risk
But here’s the thing: I’ve never stayed in one lane. I’ve entered every industry as an outsider, and left it as someone who had mastered the terrain. I’ve learned to adapt fast, ask the right questions, and lead with both sharpness and depth.
🥋 From CEO to Shaolin: Choosing Meaning Over Status
And then, one day, I chose to walk away.
I resigned from my CEO role, left Europe, and moved to a Shaolin temple in China to train in Kung Fu. To reconnect with discipline. With presence. With truth. That experience didn’t just change how I live: it changed how I lead.
